Meet Susan McKinney

Susan joined Burleson Construction Company in 2026 serving the team in Business Development. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art and Design and Master of Public Administration in Organizational Management from East Tennessee State University, as well as a Master of Arts Administration from Savannah College of Art & Design. She is a graduate of the Appalachian Regional Commission’s Leadership Institute and is proud to serve as an advocate for sustainable economic development in the region. Susan connects community and business through relationship development and promoting the Burleson brand of excellence. Susan is a passionate outdoorswoman who enjoys triathlon, paddleboarding, skeet shooting, boating, hunting, hiking, and always willing to try her hand at a new hobby.
