EHS - Fieldhouse

This 18,000 square-foot athletic complex was developed to support a comprehensive training environment for Elizabethton High School, featuring an indoor football practice field, basketball court, and fully equipped weight room. Burleson worked closely with the Owner and Design Team during pre-construction to establish budgets and implement targeted value-engineering strategies. This strategy minimized disruptions to athletic programs, ensured safe and continuous access to training spaces, and supported on-time project delivery.
