BCS - Office Renovation

This 53,000-square-foot renovation transformed an existing office building to consolidate three Blackburn, Childers & Steagall companies and multiple satellite offices into one centrally located Tri-Cities facility. Burleson worked closely with the Owner and Design Team during pre-construction to develop budgets and implement value-engineering strategies, then led construction with a phased approach that accommodated the Owner’s move-out schedule. Phasing enabled sequential occupancy of finished building sections prior to overall project completion, minimizing business disruption while ensuring on-time delivery.
