James joined Burleson Construction in the Summer of 2017 with 15 years of experience in Commercial Construction with time divided between both Superintendent and Project Manager roles. He is a graduate of Longwood University in Farmville, VA with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. He spent his first few years out of college traveling as a contractor for the USEPA with his most notable project being the clean-up efforts of the World Trade Center Disaster. He has vast experience in hospitality, healthcare, and institutional construction having successfully completed over $150 Million worth of projects primarily in Virginia, Washington DC, and Texas. When James is not working he enjoys spending his free time doing anything outdoors with his wife and 2 sons.
